Hi, I’m Amanda Kaur Seera, founder of Seera Finance and a mortgage broker based in Perth. I’m passionate about helping people navigate the property journey with confidence, whether they’re buying their first home, refinancing, investing, or simply wanting a better understanding of their options.

My journey in finance started over 7 years ago in broker support before moving into loan writing, giving me experience across different aggregators, lenders, and the banking industry. That background has helped me develop a strong understanding of the mortgage landscape and, more importantly, how to find solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Seera Finance was built on the belief that finance should feel personal — not transactional. I know how overwhelming the lending process can be, especially when financial literacy isn’t something many of us were taught growing up. Coming from a family of first-generation immigrants, I understand the importance of having someone in your corner who takes the time to explain the process and genuinely cares about your outcome.

I pride myself on building long-term relationships with my clients, providing honest guidance, ongoing support, and personalised solutions that align with their goals — not just today, but into the future.
